Camera inspection and locate: Color camera run from the cleanout. Above-ground locator marks the break depth and position. Footage emailed to you.
Spot repair (open-cut): Single break or offset joint — excavate to the defect, replace the section in PVC, backfill, and re-sod.
Trenchless pipe bursting: Whole-lateral replacement without trenching the yard end to end. Two pits, new HDPE pulled through the old line.
CIPP liner option: Cure-in-place liner where the host pipe is structurally sound but cracked or root-damaged. No excavation in the run.
Cleanout install: No outdoor cleanout? We add one as part of the repair so the next service call costs you less.

Do you give written estimates before starting?

Always. Larger jobs (sewer repair, repipes, water heater swaps) get a written estimate before any work begins, and you sign off before the truck stays. Standard drain cleaning is quoted at the door and confirmed on the invoice.

What counts as a drain emergency?

Active sewage backup, a fixture overflowing onto the floor, no working toilet in the home, or a slab leak running water. If you cannot use water anywhere in the property, call the 24-hour line — that is the bar.
